SAN DIEGO, April 01, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Daré Bioscience, Inc.(NASDAQ: DARE), a leader in women’s health innovation, today announced that it received notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC indicating that the Company regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) as a result of the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock being $1.00 per share or greater for the 10 consecutive business day period from March 18, 2019 to March 29, 2019 and that the previously reported non-compliance listing matter is now closed.
